How are your juices processed to ensure safety and nutrients?
We use Cold-Pressure technology, also known as High Pressure Processing (HPP), which uses high pressure instead of heat to eliminate harmful bacteria while preserving the essential vitamins, minerals, and live enzymes found in our raw ingredients.
How long do the juices stay fresh after delivery?
Our juices typically have a refrigerated shelf life of 30 to 45 days from the date of production thanks to HPP. Once opened, we recommend consuming the juice within 3 days for maximum freshness.
How is my order shipped to ensure it stays cold?
All orders are shipped in insulated liners with non-toxic gel ice packs. We use expedited shipping to ensure your juice arrives at your doorstep at a refrigerated temperature.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes, you can subscribe to your favorite juices and save 15% on every order. You can choose your delivery frequency and pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
